Thank you for choosing Honda Zone Parts. We’ve taken the liberty to provide some answers to our most frequently encountered questions.


How Can I Track My Order?

You may track your order from Honda Zone Parts by using our “Track My Order” feature available here.


What Is Your Return Policy?

Call us to arrange for any returns at 844-867-1286 or you may email customer service at parts@hondazoneparts.com. You will need the below items for any return:

  • A copy of the invoice to include with the return.

  • Resealed parts in the original packaging.


Please note: We cannot take back used, installed, or tried parts. Electrical parts are not returnable. All return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt. There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts. We do reserve the right to refuse a return on any parts we find have been installed, used or do not meet the above criteria.


What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply.


When Can I Expect My Order To Ship?

In-stock orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.


What If My Requested Part Is Out Of Stock?

If a part is not in-stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Occasionally, parts ordered from the manufacturer can take longer to arrive.


I Need My Part NOW!

Your order may be shipped overnight for an additional cost.


When Will I Get My Parts?

Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days. Oversized shipments will be additional. You will be contacted prior to shipping for approval. We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders. Shipping carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.


Can You Ship Internationally

We do not ship internationally.


Do You Ship COD Orders?

We do not ship COD orders.


What If My Part Gets Discontinued Or Placed On Backorder?

In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.


Are these Genuine Parts?

Yes, indeed! Honda Zone Parts specializes in offering customers genuine OEM Honda parts. We offer everyday low prices - up to 35% off MSRP. In an older Honda model? We even carry Honda parts from 1985 and older.


What is the warranty on the parts?

Our Honda Zone factory Honda genuine parts offer the standard factory warranty. Some exclusions may apply.
